Eddie Medak Joins TRM Labs as Chief Revenue Officer

San Francisco - TRM Labs, the leading provider of crypto fraud detection and anti-money laundering (AML) software, is pleased to announce that Eddie Medak has joined the team as Chief Revenue Officer. 

Mr. Medak brings a wealth of experience in business development within the B2B tech space. Prior to joining TRM Labs, Eddie was Senior Vice President of Global Sales at Contentful, where he scaled the global revenue organization over 5+ years to certify the company as a unicorn several times over. He led and scaled the international expansion for Contentful, created multiple revenue supporting functions, including Solution Engineering and Revenue Operations, and built a revenue-focused organization supporting expansion for a product led growth strategy. 

Prior to his time at Contentful, Eddie was Director of Sales at both Databricks and Box, where he built and scaled various commercial sales segments at both companies. 

Eddie joins TRM Labs during a period of rapid growth – since its launch in 2018, TRM Labs has grown its revenue 490% year-on-year, with our services assisting organizations across the globe adapt to the rapidly evolving crypto risk landscape. As TRM matures alongside the wider crypto industry, bringing on a CRO will empower TRM to continue to focus on the evolving needs of our diverse customer base and support financial institutions, cryptocurrency businesses and public sector agencies in the detection and investigation of crypto-related fraud and financial crime.
